Our special fundraising pricing brings in $5 per painter for your organization! For fundraisers, we charge $40 per painter. If you have another idea in mind please don't hesitate to contact us with questions!
Simply pay the deposit of $100, and start advertising your fundraiser! YOU pick the venue*! We provide drop cloths, aprons, and tablecloths to protect your space and clothing from any accidents. Please make sure to provide ample table space for your painters.
*Venue reservation is the responsibility of the HOST. Art Adventures of Grove City is not responsible for reserving a venue! If your guests and art adventure guide show up at a venue that is not prepared for your event, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded.
**Deposit is due within 48 hours of booking, if deposit is not paid, the booking will automatically cancel. Bookings that are cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event will be refunded 50%, cancellations after that will not result in a refund. If for some rare reason (illness, emergency) your art adventure guide must cancel, AAoGC will issue a full refund of your deposit, and waive it if you decide to reschedule.
